CDC036: Fundamentals of Machine Learning to Change the World

Can machines demonstrate intelligence like humans?

In this Science Club, we will explore topics to engineer the intelligence, this includes the fundamentals of algorithms, biological-inspired computing, and artificial intelligence (AI). We will explore how machine learning can change the world, from personalized medicine to autonomous cars and image recognition.

Other work will include the experimental design, including programming methods and the limitations of the techniques.

Students will learn modeling tools and how to develop ideas for research projects.
